As the title says, any attempt to use a QtWebEngine-based browser (e.g. qutebrowser, Falkon), results in often very buggy graphical output when hardware acceleration is enabled. Turning on software rendering in qutebrowser helps with this issue, however at the obvious cost of using software rendering.
This issue can most easily be replicated for me by visiting Google Maps and dragging the window around, as shown in this video:
The output from `inxi` is as follows:
Device-1: Intel UHD Graphics driver: i915 v: kernel
Device-2: IMC Networks Integrated Camera type: USB driver: uvcvideo
Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.14 driver: loaded: modesetting
unloaded: fbdev,vesa resolution: 1920x1080~60Hz
OpenGL: renderer: Mesa Intel Xe Graphics (TGL GT2) v: 4.6 Mesa 21.3.2
I've had this issue for a while, and was on the unstable branch for that time, however I attempted to switch back to stable and reinstall every single package on my system; this did not fix the issue.
