Attempt to sort out all the `magic-wormhole` and `onionshare` patches to clear out Differential more - Misc - [ ] @JoshStrobl (Spoiler Alert) Roundup #8, announce plans to go to postgresql 10 for next sync (notify users to dump their databases as per D2442) - [ ] Deal with any fallout from Godot upgrade.
