Unfortunately, my desktop PC took a rather direct hit to the back of the motherboard area, and as a result, I had to buy a new case (Same as before, Antec P9, I was using it without it's side panels). After testing my motherboard though, it appears that my motherboard is also dead, so I had to switch to an old motherboard I had lying around in my room (my room is an almost literal repair lab), along with a different CPU (different socket, I had LGA1156, now LGA775), different RAM sticks (now DDR2). However nothing I can do allows me to get to the GUI now (the CLI works, however I cannot run `usysconf`, since while it does run, it hangs at "updating filesystems", which does nothing at all). Old specs: Motherboard: Intel DH55HC (Latest BIOS) CPU: i3-540 RAM: 3 x 2GB DDR3-1333 Graphics: Last time it was used, integrated, however `nouveau` was also installed New Specs: Motherboard: MSI MS-7527 V.1.1 (BIOS shall be updated soon) CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 (Shall be upgraded to Core 2 Duo E7500 after BIOS upgrade) RAM: 2 x 2GB DDR2-800 Graphics: NVidia GeForce GT-9400 Unchanged: Hard Drive: Western Digital 80GB SATA-2 PSU: Antec HCG-520 520W Livebooting Solus from USB works fine, so this does not signify any incompatibility issues.
