JAGS (Just Another Gibbs Sampler) is "a program for analysis of Bayesian hierarchical models using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) simulation" Homepage: [[ http://mcmc-jags.sourceforge.net/ | JAGS ]] There is currently no software in the repository for performing Bayesian MCMC analysis, and JAGS is the spiritual successor to WinBUGS. JAGS can be interfaced with using R (available in repository), or by interacting directly with the command line. Open Source: Yes Number of Users: Admittedly not many, namely those who are in the field of statistical science, or have a need for software to use Bayesian statistics. Source: [[ https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcmc-jags/files/JAGS/4.x/Source/JAGS-4.2.0.tar.gz/download | JAGS Source (Sourceforge Download) ]]
