Attempt to sort out all the `magic-wormhole` and `onionshare` patches to clear out Differential more - Misc - [x] @JoshStrobl (Spoiler Alert) Roundup #8, announce plans to go to postgresql 10 for next sync (notify users to dump their databases as per D2442 - [ ] Deal with any fallout from Godot upgrade. Ref T6778 - [x] @sunnyflunk Test and land KDE Apps 18.08.0 stack (minus `kpat` at least initially) - [ ] @joebonrichie Coordinate with @JoshStrobl on dropping Qt4 support from `qca`, `qjson`, `qscintilla` and `python-qscintilla` as part of T6074.
