As we still cannot distribute cuDNN over 6 months later, I am closing this until that changes.

Do we have to use the updated SPDX licenses or can we keep on using the ones that have been deprecated since version 3.0 ?

Ah, my bad. Had these screen size issues several times already but don't want to retire the old Thinkpad yet.
I just launched HandBrake and noticed that it doesn't show the maximize button.

That is super cranky.
Thank you @STiAT - good to have definitive answer! Well - I'm marking this resolved. People can help us by looking at the source lines in new package.yml's in the patch queue to spot anything that looks suspect.

Redistribution is definitely not permitted, especially since ot is a competing product using CIPSofts IP. There have been very clear statements by them a lot of times, and you get banned of the game/forums just for mentioning OT.

Arch is not distributing it. AUR packages are built locally, forcing individual users to be responsible for agreeing to the license.
@kyrios123 yeah. Perhaps a static set like EULA-NVIDIA

Still you'll need to handle some exceptions for things like the nvidia proprietary drivers.
If it requires membership to download it, how are we meant to distribute it?
Work for this will now happen @ https://github.com/solus-project/preston
Note it is my belief at present that redistribution is *not* permitted, thus the package.yml in its current form would only be appropriate for a third party mechanism or a Snap, or similar.
