FileByDate has two dependencies not available on maven central, Darcula theme is one, and its binary is bundled as a local repo and as you have noticed, se.trixon.almond...
I will have to learn how to publish that one maven central in order to make it easy to use. In the meantime, you could try building se.trixon.almond:almond-util first so it's available in the .m2 directory.
