T7042 shouldn't be merged with this task; they are for different applications that happen to have the same name.

Would like to see this in Solus too. At the moment, Solus offers only 2 ebook readers: Calibre and FBReader. The former suffers from feature-bloat if you are just interested in a simple, light reader, and the latter doesn't integrate well with Solus' GNOME-inspired window manager style, plus it lacks some useful features present in Bookworm, as outlined by the OP.

Is there a timeframe for including the microcode?
