I'm still having this same problem despite the 2.1.4 update having been merged. Outputs of the same commands ran by both SolarLinar and MJ look roughly the same but for a Hercules RMX 2 controller. Was anyone able to find a solution? Even running Mixxx as root doesn't work for me.
