Oh, my mistake.
I think the most related bug report is this one https://bugs.launchpad.net/soundconverter/+bug/1296406 it's posted almost 5 years ago.

What is that? Sorry I don't understand about custom installation besides changing partition size.

Hi Girtablulu.
The problem exists on a fresh installation (using Solus-Plasma-Testing-v1.iso) and eopkg installation.

Interestingly, it fixes the Microphone (un)muted OSD icons too, the icons now have the same size
