I just built kitty against glew 1.12 and it built just fine.

After thinking about it I agree with not having a TTS package as a runtime dep. Probably isn't that widely used.

I went back and submitted the comments, still new to Phabricator and learning as I go lol.

Added a few comments to the package.yaml file regarding the build/install process as well as the rundeps and whether or not the espeak package should be added so that the Text-To-Speech functionality works.

Willing to package this if it's approved. All necessary dependencies look to be available I've gotten a successful​ build on my system (haven't tested yet) with just the gtk3 features enabled but it looks like it'll work with the Mate desktop as well.

Pretty simple package so I threw together a patch should it get approved for inclusion.

Rebased on top of existing bind-utils git repository.
