Actually, I didn't find any game development tools for java devs in the software center. Honestly, I don't think many people will use it.
The jME SDK (a customized netbeans ide) has all the tools necessary to design, build and package a full-featured 3D game.
They provide an installer app, but a one-click install from software center will definitely be easier. Thank you.
