I can talk to device using picocom without any problems.
I do not think it is related to qmi or mbim driver. QMI works properly.
Problem appears when ModemManager is trying to exchagning AT commands with module through serial ttyUSB.

On clean or new disk, a way to align properly is to install on manually prepared partitions - root /, swap. Tested with MBR and GPT. This trick doesn't work if one want enable LUKS encryption.
