Seems like you didn't set $client, also as far as I know eopkg build should have a pspec.xml file as argument, not a package

There are a lot of problems because a package is missing some dependencies on a different desktop or another package has been installed and it pulls a rundep that is missing, so having a container for each edition would be useful for testing packages in a less contaminated environment before publishing them.

The package vscode contains a build from sources of the open source version of Visual Studio Code, not the official, closed-source zipped distribution by Microsoft.

So I got this built (like 6 months ago) but I need some recommendations for the default look & feel. Note that Awesome ships it's own panel, notification daemon, etc. so I want to avoid external tools unless there's a very good reason to use them.

Anbox can actually run on Solus (as in, it opens an empty window then crashes), it just needs the kernel modules required by Anbox itself (ashmem and binder) to fully work AFAIK. You can install the Anbox snap using the edge channel:

@sunnyflunk afaik kwrite and kate are just interfaces for the same library, couldn't kwrite and kate be splitted into two packages (three if we count the library itself)? I found this from Arch.
