I don't see how "we will use something else" makes the task invalid. This should remain open until either it is fixed with mutter, or with something else.

If you need to use some old software chances are you need to tweak Xresources... First thing I had to do when moving to Solus was disable the "xrdb -merge Xresources" from my dotfiles init script.

I'm also using a multi-head setup, may be related too.
Ideally under Settings -> Privacy, we could have an option to never even bother the user with sending coredumps, perhaps just ask for the preference on the first ever crash and save the option as to not be annoying.. kind of a mid point.

Sure thing all yours ;)
Took a peek at this and seems we either have to downgrade telegramqml or upgrade cutegram to the 2.95-dev branch or master, the stable 2.7.1 branch uses deprecated code in the telegramqml package that is moved to the non-used "old" folder; unfortunately it's also out of the build tree so we can't just put it back together even if it is in the tree.
Indeed, vim -g does work. Still derps the Open With menu on Files, and the Budgie menu.

Actually after reading a bit more on the subject I may be wrong, lol.
AFAIK the SDK contains several proprietary tools, being one of the reasons it doesn't work on the BSDs. Nor you get a source tarball for download, rather a prebuilt dist tarball.
I don't think this is should be added as a package as a "unpack tarball in /opt" practice for setting up an up-to-date sdk is the common recommended practice, and in no point do Google recommend you install from distribution repos.

This is for the "Server" component, the package shipped is only client and dev tools.
I talked with Ikey on irc, tho, and he said he was ok, and to assign it to him directly.
