There aren't any release tarballs, or release tags on the github, or download links on their website, not sure how this could get included.

Any chance somebody else can grab my package.yml and build this locally, and see if their git format-patch results in something that is importable?

The provided tarballs from nextcloud's github aren't actually compilable. I'm in contact with the developers right now, to try and figure out what the issue is.
