The issue of the screen turning black when the mouse is in the lower part of the screen is Solus specific as far as I know. At least it doesn't ocur with Debian nor MX on my PC.
However it occur less often with kernel 6.3.12 than with previous ones (and never with 4.14).

Thank's for your answer.
The problem still remains with 5.15.77-219.
As I mentionned elsewhere in the forum, my machine have graphical issues with kernel 5.x. Every now end then, the screen turns black when the mouse cursor is in the lower part of the screen and remains black until the mouse is moved again. This trouble doesn't occure with kernel 4.14 nor with Debian 5.x.

I quite agree that there are two different things:
eopkg history | grep grub2
- grub2 2.02-25-1-x86_64 est installé.
- grub2 2.02-25-1-x86_64 est supprimé.
- grub2 est mis à jour de 2.0.2_beta2-18-1-x86_64 à 2.02-25-1-x86_64 avec delta.
- grub2 2.0.2_beta2-18-1-x86_64 est installé.
grub2 was not installed in Solus because it's the boot loader of an already installed Linux distribution which is used. No need for a boot loader on each of the distros lying on the same box, only one is used.
