Hello. Just to say I reinstalled Solus a month ago, and I don't have the maximizing window problem with Budgie. Only the help bubble being white with white text (but when you change the theme in rolisteam the help bubbles change colors, so the text is readable). Sorry if I shouldn't post here, with the tags "Open, Normal", I thought the ticket was still open.

It happens that today, I don't have the problem anymore (maybe there was a budgie update or something ? ). Also i wanted to warn @flyingP0tat0 that Rolisteam has been accepted in KDE incubator, so the repo is migrating at https://invent.kde.org/kde/rolisteam (sorry if it's not the good way for such notice, I'm really new to this dev communication thing).

Maybe there is another configuration left on your system from the time you built rolisteam yourself, @Massinissa? You could try to find one by running find / -name preferences.conf 2>&1 | grep -v "Permission denied" >&2.

Update : On KDE I have no problem. The problem appears only in Budgie (on Solus' official package)

It seems like the tooltip text is not missing but rather hard to read. Do you also experience that? It looks like this is the case on your screenshot. The tooltip style depends on the theme used in Rolisteam, you might want to try another theme, that worked for me.

Ok, I thinks it's not intel related at all. I could run stellaris outside steam for 2 hours straight while in steam it crashes. It's a steam problem. My bad.

dGPU, like dedicated GPU ? I sadly only have the intel chipset.

I think the bug report may be only steam related. I tried supertuxkart and it worked. Unless it's related to a specific 3D API (I don't know if it's the right word) that supertuxkart doesn't use.

I don't even know how to go on unstable branch so I guess I am.
