The issue seems to be resolved on my PC at home for some reason.

Hide/unhide on plank, the loading indicator in the SC and a few others. Can't recall every place where I noticed. You can also ask around in the IRC btw, some people there have also noticed it. Maybe they can tell you about some more places where they noticed it

I think that would have to happen in a container because we might not want all dependencies to be installed on out live systems, I'd rather want it to build inside of a container to keep my system clean.
