I've been having similar issues with the rtl8723be driver - I've never had an issue in years with Solus until the last few weeks, but now the connection drops after a few minutes and just looking at the NetworkManager menu (right-clicking on the systray icon) is enough to "wake up" the wifi. I've tried disabling TLP and adding fwlps=0 to the modprobe options (assuming that it's an extreme power-saving issue), but most of the time the issue recurs.

Not sure if it's wifi-related, but I'm getting desktop freezes every few hours with the new kernel, just like a couple of weeks ago before the last rollback. The mouse still moves, but all apps are unresponsive, can't switch to another tty etc.
