I understand that Gradle is updated very frequently and thus it's cumbersome to keep up with it. Plus, most Java IDEs support the wrapper.

Thanks, I tried it but without effect. I even reinstalled Cantata, deleted the config but still the same. Weird thing is that there are other icons instead. For example instead of the menu bar on the upper right, i got a phone symbol.

Compiled from source and runs. however i can't test dpi scaling or wacom input.
But for annotating PDFs this is really useful.
