Are you sure you followed all the steps on the Help Center as I've just installed this on a fresh virtual machine with no issues.

Another check just done and the guest ISO will automatically download when you try to insert it.

Confirmed, Adapta issue, Arc shows a titlebar.

Looks like only apps with a headerbar are affected.

It's a theming issue with Adapta it seems. I just tried on Arc:

Installed and launched Simple Scan but no new .desktop file in my ~/Desktop folder. Where is this simple-scan.desktop file showing?

I was unable to replicate this. Started a new torrent from linuxtracker, it downloaded a few MB, closed and then re-opened transmission and it started downloading again. Was it only a specific torrent, or download location?

Installed -current and -common and opened it OK but can't launch any VMs. Added myself to vboxusers group and rebooted as well.

I just removed my /opt dir and installed virtualbox and ran it fine.
