Removed unnecessary install prefix

I had tried using pkg-config to no avail; as it turns out, I just spelt
'libluv' incorrectly... I've updated the patch to use pkg-config.

Apparently I missed the ninja macros, updated the patch to utilise them

I have the same laptop, it's something to do with the microphone boost. The Arch Wiki has a good example of how to fix the issue.

Ignore the addition of D6791, mistakenly updated the incorrect differential.

This project has been renamed from 'python-neovim' to 'pynvim'. I'm not completely sure how to handle this without just submitting a new package, I welcome any advice on what I should do regarding the rename.

No worries I was speaking to @joebonrichie and I offered to do the rebuilds. He mentioned that I could submit safety rebuilds for jemalloc and granite. As you have stated I will use the tag instead of providing the patches if that is preferred.
