After upgrade: libvirt, version: 4.8.0, release: 26
I should say I'm coming from 4.5.0.

brxck added a comment to T6660: libvirt broken since last update: "cannot parse CPU map for x86 architecture".

There's a problem in the /usr/share/libvirt/cpu_map.xml file which shipped. From the libvirt logs:
