@Jacalz security tag is meant to be used on tasks for reporting vulnerabilities or security incidents (even if I also often add it on patches), but this is not used to flag updates as security fixes.

Unless I am mistaken, dblatex hasn't seen a release in more than 2 years and still depends on python 2 which is reaching end of life.
Unless it gets an update (and someone makes a package request) , I doubt it will be accepted for inclusion.

One of the reason for which I don't even try is that many packages depends on each other; like package A depends on package B and package B depends on package A (at least for the unit tests)... So it's not obvious to determine the rebuild order. I guess some unit tests have to be temorarily disabled during such exercices.
Security fixes on Python 3.6 will be shipped until december 2021 (as per PEP 494).
