WhiteWolf added a comment to T10324: Installer wants to install EFI on first partition it encounters, instead of first partition of the DISK.
For me workaround is using gparted and creating new partitions. Also you need to untick "boot" flag from windows EFI partition and mark newly created Fat32 partition flak as "boot". After that installer will see the new EFI partition.

I did a clean install and still Adwaita has some issues:
Meld or Hardware Drivers Icons point to default one. Additionally Software Center icon looks like points to symbolic-icon?
