I'm guessing that this bug is the same as https://github.com/solus-project/budgie-desktop/issues/1785 and therefore invalid. I didn't see the notice at https://dev.getsol.us/ about the separate bug tracker for Budgie.

This issue doesn't really seem to be specific to ibus-libzhuyin since I experience the same crash when attempting to reorder ibus-chewing.

I experience the same issue with ibus-chewing, which is listed in the documentation. Chinese input appears to be impossible in Solus 4 Budgie.
