Were you the user with the very old GF GT220 generation card using the nouveau driver?

As announced in our Solus 4.4 blog post we are deprecating our MATE edition and so this issue will not be addressed.

Basic secure boot support in, we may end up obtaining an EV Cert and getting our own shim signed in the future.

Intel Arc A770 all beta iso's for 4.4 boot and install fine with no graphical issues. Hardware acceleration works as well with the libva-intel-driver installed

I had a limited connectivity (no internet, but yes local network) issue from the testing Plasma ISO live session and first post-install reboot - on second reboot all was well.
Should I provide any more details?

Okay i'm not exactly sure where that man page is coming from as support for that doesn't seem to exist in shadow. There is a issue/patch upstream for it https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow/issues/160

Accountsservice doesn't seem to have an "default user groups" option like it has for admin groups https://dev.getsol.us/source/accountsservice/browse/master/package.yml$21. Is there somewhere else we should be handling this?

Can confirm this is still an issue with Budgie, using LightDM/slick-greeter.

Inquiring if this is still an issue? To my recollection there was work done in the last few months about groups. If this is still an issue, we should fix before 4.4

I'm not sure, but I think I tried Alt+F4, Alt+F5 and all hotkeys I know. They didn't help. And 5.15 too. But I tested Mint with Cinnamon and MATE, Neon, AntiX and LXLE. They just work.

Are you able to switch to an alternate TTY (ALT+F4 or similar)? Also, you reported on the forum that the 5.15 kernel is good for you right?
