I have the "Invert scroll direction (Natural scrolling)" setting enabled in the touchpad settings. Randomly at times, the touchpad isn't reflecting this setting and is defaulting to the default scroll direction. I haven't noticed any cause of it and it just seems to happen randomly. Disabling the setting and re-enabling it fixes this issue temporarily.
