Description

Fresh 4.3 Plasma install. When I right-click empty space on Dolphin and choose "Open in Terminal" nothing happens.
Launching Dolphin in terminal and trying that gives a message

WARNING: Please setup an KMessageHandler with KMessage::setMessageHandler to display message propertly. The name org.kde.klauncher5 was not provided by any .service files

Confirmed on other fresh 4.3 machine that it happens on that too.

It seems installing kinit solves the problem.
