I'm requesting for package "normalize", a command-line tool for (batch) adjusting the volume of audio files to a standard level.

I don't know an alternative of this program. Despite it is in sleep mode since many years, this program is useful for audio engineering and musicians.

It is open-source, GPL-2 or later.

latest archive is on http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/normalize/normalize-0.7.7.tar.gz

depends on pkgconfig(audiofile) and pkgconfig(mad)

I already prepared a package.yaml that solbuild builds flawlessly.

I hope this package will be included in Solus, despite it old age, because it has no alternative, to my knowledge.
