Reason: ibus-bamboo is an iBus IME for Vietnamese. I know Solus Repository already has ibus-unikey but the thing is ibus-unikey is no longer developed. ibus-unikey is buggy and it's dead. ibus-bamboo is much better and it's updated frequently
