Tengo un problema con el centro de software

El problema es que cada vez que intento descargar algun programa de terceros manda un error de descarga y la ventana se congela, intente actualizar los repositorios pero no se resolvio.

Assuming I understand you correctly. The third party section is not actually part of the repository, it downloads and repackages applications on users systems in real time directly from the applications website. You can install the apps in the third party section from the command line if the software center is freezing for you.

Note about third party applications:
Spotify servers have been terrible for months. Downloading fails with an error similar to "transfer closed with 133193288 bytes remaining to read" there is nothing that can be done other than re-trying and hope for the best. It is an issue on spotify's end. Users of Arch's AUR have been complaining about the issue too. I would recommend using the snap or flatpak instead for spotify.

Bigwig-studio is currently broken failing the hash check, this issue was only just reported today and will be resolved when people have a chance to look at it.
