Why should this be included in the repository?
Glow offers a fast and convenient way to navigate & read markdown files from the command line, including encrypted end-to-end synchronization.
Personally use this mostly to read through local markdown files I have of recipes.

Is it Open Source?
yes

Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software?
Not sure how many: The project is quite new, currently on GitHub it has 5.6k stars if that gives any indication of popularity.
Target audience is mostly developers I think since it takes place in the CLI.
