Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software? Potentially every gamer that uses nvidia cards and wants to game on Linux / Solus and have control over their gpu.

I understand this is a duplicate but it has been almost a year since it was last evaluated and the issues listed in that request were resolved.

It is accepted for inclusion just no one step up to be the maintainer for it anyone can still do it
