These tools provide the xdt-csource executable which is required to build the music player Pragha which I want to package for Solus.
It is open-source under the GPL-2.0 license.

This task is not necessary. Should Pragha itself be accepted, though not likely given it requires XFCE libraries and utilities, then any libraries it needs are likely to be accepted.
