Disabling deferred audio as a potential sane default in pulseaudio

Description

First post here so apologizes if I didn't tag it correctly. :/ I typically add this setting...

enable-deferred-volume = no

...to /usr/share/pulseaudio/daemon.conf

The reason is because by default there seems to be a delay when adjusting audio via the volume keys. At least in Spotify there is. This remedies that issue.

I'm confused. It looks like the whole point of enable-deferred-volume is to solve the problem you are describing. It seems odd to me that disabling it woutd somehow fix it.
