I've previously rejected authenticator apps for Linux due to their use of zbar, however it seems like it's been taken up and maintained again, so no real reason for me to reject this.

I have package builds for this and all it's dependencies ready. I am currently doing some testing with the application (Scanning QR-Codes, generating TOTP codes, etc.)

I have finished testing. What I did:
- Setup a new database
- Created a new entry (via screenshot) wit QRCode from https://github.com/mdp/rotp
- Check if it adds an entry for
- Repeat the previous step also via file and clipboard import
- Generated a TOTP code multiple times (wait at least 20sec in between) and check if it genreates always a new one.
I have added the packages to arcanist for review. Hope I did the initial commit correctly.
