Hello, it's the first time I try that, so I'm sorry if I don't do it well.
Here's the infos :

• GDAL, with openjpeg driver
• https://gdal.org/ and for openjpeg https://gdal.org/drivers/raster/jp2openjpeg.html
• I'm using QGIS, and it seems GDAL doesn't provide all the drivers I need. I need driver to import jp2 files, as Openjepg. For now, it's impossible to open a jp2 file in QGIS with the version of GDAL in the software center.
• It's open source
• Up to date link : https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/releases/download/v3.0.3/gdal-3.0.3.tar.gz
