So I found out that Solus already has uGet which is similar.
Although I found that uGet browser integration required users to manually download and run an .sh script in terminal. Which is cumbersome and not user-friendly as Persepolis

I don't really see why we need this when the only issue here seems to be an integration problem with uget and the fact they have their shell scripts be executed as a separate step instead of being pre-installed. Persepolis literally just does that (downloads a script, which is actually a fork of uget's deprecated and likely no longer functional Chrome one, and executes it).

I'm going to need to see more value-add, because I can't see a justification for landing this in the repo over a single additional step, it's not a substantial burden for users of a very specific, niche software.
