Poppler is currently at v0.75.0 on Solus, from 21st March 2019, 11 versions behind the latest version.
v0.86.1 was released on 1st March 2020.

Someone will need to manually patch utopia-documents for the new API (it uses the unstable api) or it'll need to be deprecated to perform the rebuilds.

The Utopia website (http://utopiadocs.com/) doesn't load.

It'll be deprecated and should not be considered a blocker for updating poppler.
