I'm currently trying to update nuget in the hopes to solve this issue and I've managed to link it successfully.

The issue of the not up-to-date nuget, also I've managed to pack nuget locally ?

I've finally packaged Godot locally and opened both Classic and Mono versions with full success after a few crashes and some misleading errors. Also btw I'd like to share the idea of adding the Windows template to godot as a separate package that depends on MinGW (see T5979) and Wine for Windows game development.
