Short description
PDF Chain is a graphical user interface for the PDF Toolkit (PDFtk).
The GUI is written in C++ programming language, using the GTKmm library
its not an editor, but a pdf manipulation tool with a gui.

pdftk hasn't seen a new release in 3 years:
