Description

This is a radio amateur (HAM) digital mode program for use with a radio transceiver, to communicate with others

It is also meant for researching weak signal propagation, it includes the very popular FT8 and WSPR modes

This is the homepage: https://www.physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx.html

This is the download page (same page) (tar.gz source is there with version numbers): https://www.physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx.html

There is no similar package in Solus at the moment, I like Solus and would like this "wsjtx" to be included :-)

Radio amateurs like to use this program, it is Open Source, and may be distributed, WSJT-X is licensed under the terms of Version 3 of the GNU General Public License (GPL) (as it says on the homepage) and in the file COPYING in the tarball

This is the latest tar.gz: https://www.physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx-2.1.2.tgz

Thank you!
