So I can keep using Solus OS on mu 10yr old Lattitude E5510 next to my Ubuntu servers.

No Really, Cockpit is very useful to manage workstations and server. I am missing Solus OS in the list of supported linux veriants like Redhat, Fedora, CoreOS,Arch Linux, ClearLinux and of course debian and Ubuntu.

Pleasse consider the release cockpit for Solus OS

Rejected for inclusion. Cockpit is intended to be installed on the server. Solus is not intended to be used as a server environment nor do we support any proper mechanisms for orchestration of Solus on desktops. If we did, Cockpit likely would not be the solution for that.
