ISO installer - LUKS, swap size

Description

I would like to have possibility varying of size swap space during installation in LUKS encryption mode.

User should have possibility to tune swap size along of RAM size to fulfill hibernation requirements.

@g66925 rn there's no control over swapsize during install phase, but you can control swappiness parameter during run-time

sysctl vm.swappiness=10
