Why should this be included in the repository: Required to compile Android 10, which official Solus documentation exists for but no longer works due to missing dependencies.
Is it Open Source: Yes
Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software: Anyone compiling Android 10 and up.
I've already made a package for Solus here:
