The fluid-soundfont package installs the soundfont but changes the default file name and does not provide a fallback link, which causes issues with programs expecting the default name.

- D7515: Fix broken symlink
Event Timeline
I am the packager and maintainer for it. Will see about fixing this by adding a symlink probably if it really is an issue. I don’t think that any programs in the repo depend on it so does it really matter? Do you have an example of software that this breaks? Just want some more info before I change anything.
Hi!
I had an issue with a third party program, nothing with the ones in the depo so far. It’s name is boxtron, it’s a compatibility tool to make DOS games in Steam run using native Linux Dosbox. www.github.com/dreamer/boxtron
Oh I see. Will make sure to correct this. Thanks for filing the issue and providing me with some more information.
Hi!
I updated last friday and the symlink appears broken, points to /home/build/YPKG/root/fluid-soundfont/install/usr/share/sounds/sf2/FluidR3.sf2
It looks like I managed to mess that up, sorry about that. I have a new revision up to fix this, for real this time...
