Why should this be included in the repository: Haven't found any simliar packages already included.
Is it Open Source: yes (LGPL-2.1 license)
Who and how many users do you anticipate will use this software: It will be used by command line-enthusiasts.

Event Timeline

We have few terminal browsers in our repos: w3m (R3152), lynx (R1998), links (R1962) and we also have cUrl (not a browser but can be used to fetch htmls and make requests).

@chax Thanks, but I still believe that browsh adds another aspect to this that the other mentioned browsers do not have - it graphically represents the page as if one had viewed it in a normal browser.

I guess I can live with this since it uses Firefox to do the heavy lifting and is relatively small.

I use browsh too occasionally, would love to see it included in the repo as well.

Closing. Nobody has provided a patch since it was accepted for inclusion, there does not appear to be any interest from anyone in stepping forward to package and maintain this.
