Name of the software: Mojave-gtk-theme
Project Homepage:
Why we should include this into the repository, i.e. what does it do that the alternatives do not? It's a good looking Mac-like theme that integrates well with Budgie.
Is it open source? Yes.
The tarball is for the dark theme, although there are four variants for each light and dark theme.

I'm not really impressed with the current state of this theme with Budgie, I'd like to see some more theming support around Budgie 10.5 be made (such as removing the input text when volume overdrive is enabled) and a new release be made.

Hey Josh, thanks for the feedback I'll be sure to the communicate them to the theme's author. Can you give a screenshot example of the input text when volume overdrive is enabled? I've enabled volume overdrive but don't know what input text you're referring to. What other changes need to be made to integrate it better with Budgie 10.5?

@v6277 Has progress been made on this?

I honestly don't know, I'm not using Budgie right now but back when I did it worked fine (better than some themes on the repo). I tried looking into what Josh mentioned but I couldn't find the issue, even after enabling volume overdrive. I never opened an issue with the developer because everything worked fine for me.

This guy vinceluce, who develops this theme doesn't make much releases, but there are a lot o recent commits. This theme is no.1 popularity ranking in pling.

The most recent commits seem to be for better Budgie compatibility too.

Well regardless of how much it has improved, there still isn't a recent release with those improvements and thus it still isn't accepted for inclusion. I don't care what it rates on an arbitrary website.

Do you have any specific recommendations to improve the theme's support for Budgie 10.5, excluding the input text issue you previously mentioned, so that it can be considered for inclusion? I'll be happy to communicate them to the theme's author.
